Students and male leaders from local colleges and universities were invited to attend.

The event's theme was "The Importance of Mentorship and Leadership" and included a panel discussion with community business leaders Thomas W. Dortch, Jr., President & CEO of TWD, Inc., Dr. Ed W. Childs, Professor & Chairman of Morehouse School of Medicine's Surgery Department, Keith Parker, GM & CEO of MARTA, and Miguel Southwell, Aviation GM for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Breakout sessions focused on the following areas: business and marketing, business management and leadership, entrepreneurship, finance, medicine and public health, public safety and criminal justice, research, and surgery.
